Press and hold the control button of the X21 thin treadmill for 3-4 seconds, then insert the safety key (keep holding the control button) to enter engineering mode (you will have successfully entered engineering mode when "F1" appears on the lower distance display).
2. After entering engineering mode, press the control button to switch settings until "CH" appears on the calorie panel. Turn the knob slightly to the left until "EN" appears on the calorie panel. Once the switch is successful, press and hold the control switch without releasing it - after 3 seconds, the language will have been successfully switched.
