A big thank you to Anni in customer support who helped me when I accidentally ordered the wrong color, thank you for making the change before shipping! I love using the walking pad while I work, it makes me feel energized!
Marianna E.
Other than my dog thinking it's a diabolical machine that somehow makes me move in one place, it's amazing. I have only been using it for about 2 weeks. Works as intended so far, I really like it. Definitely helped me out of some morning and afternoon slumps.

I love my Walking Pad. Since I’ve been working from home full time I have not been walking as much. Now I can easily walk everyday regardless of the weather. I especially love the small compact size, easy portability, and low sound.. I had an old treadmill for years that took up too much space and was loud. I’m so happy to replace it with my Walking Pad. Wonderful design!
Kiera F.
I LOVE the convenience of having a small treadmill tucked away and ready to go whenever I need some movement. I read reviews about how long it took to calibrate the treadmill but honestly, the longest thing about setting mine up was downloading the app.
My only concern is that my tread is starting to fray and I have only had it for a few weeks. I always made sure the tread is in the middle but it started to fray on the right side after 2-3 uses. Recently I have been pulling the tread all the way over to the left but it still veers to the right almost instantly. I'm pulling off fabric every time I use the machine so I'm nervous about how much use I will be able to get from it before it breaks.

I work from home so not getting my normal walks that I got while on property. So I have been gaining weight. Now i have invested in the walking pad and best investment of this year. I love it! I am no beast, but that’s my goal. Also the color so pretty. It is heavy, but I am small not as strong as I used to be, so I just fold and tilt it up. So takes up no space.
Emily K.
I love the amount of room my walking pad takes up. It’s a great way to walk anywhere in the house and making it easy to hit my 10000 steps a day goal
Tom S.
So far so good! Easy to setup, use, and store away. Love that it's folding so it doesn't take up too much space. Only negative experience is that the remote stopped working a few days after I got it. Tried to re-pair it using their insutructions but no go. The app works well though!
Jennie F.
Love how compact it is but it is heavy. Takes some getting used to.
Heather M.
I have had the walking pad for a little over a week, and the plug in component on the pad is broken
kim g.
Love my walking pad. So easy to use and store.
Kristin M.
Customer service is top notch!! Couldn’t ask for more. & I am obsessed with my walking pad! Wish I had known about them sooner:)
buttt l.
does it fuckin incline
Amber M.
I love the white folding treadmill. It's sleek and easy to set up. I keep it in my bedroom and pull it out while watching television. I usually walk 2.5 mph x 60 min. It's a great workout.

Walking pad is a terrible company. I bought my walking pad and it was supposed to come a few days later. Fedex kept lying about attempting to deliver it, never contacting me or leaving signature slips to deliver it if I wasn't home, which I was. I contacted walking pad once I figured out this was happening and they kept telling me I needed to wait 24 hours while they contacted fedex (who I had already contacted multiple times) before they would get back to me. Then they wouldn't contact me and ultimately when I talked on the phone with them, the guy kept laughing at me like I was being ridiculous and repeating that a different team would be in touch. They told me it was a delivery issue and therefore my problem even though they chose Fedex, not me. They clearly didn't care about me getting what I had paid them for and ultimately told me to go to Fedex to pick it up since Fedex had "attempted" it 4 times. I already had told them Fedex kept saying this even though the delivery guy was lying. The fact that they didn't do anything to actually help and just regurgitated Fedex lies was insane. The last time I had an issue with Fedex, Nike resent the product; That's good customer service. I never got this item ultimately because they clearly thought they already had my money so it didn't matter. I ordered a different brand instead, because clearly Walking Pad didn't care. The only thing I can say is if their company is that bad, I probably wouldn't want their product, anyway, because they would never do anything to help if there was a product issue. This was a terrible experience and I wish I hadn't ordered one in the first place.
Erica M.
Has a been a great add to my home office. Easy to fold out or fold in and move out of the way! I was pleasantly surprised at how sturdy it was since it has the ability to fold.
Andrea L.
I love this compact walking pad! The phone app is really helpful for tracking my progress. So far no issues at all. It's really a space saver, only downside is it can't be stored upright so you need the floor space to store it. Wish my couch was higher then I could stash it away but oh well that's just me. With a small child I like the safety feature of turning the band off when I step off. Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get their steps in or just start moving without having to set aside time to drive to the gym or park.
Brittney M.
Love this. Makes is impossibly easy to reach step goals through out the day and the extra movement has helped alleviate some of my back pain. I also like that it fold up and goes under the bed when I'd rather be sitting to work.
Audra P.
I love my WalkingPad (for the most part). I went from getting around 6,000 steps a day, working a very sedentary job at home, to getting between 12,000 to 15,000 steps on an average day with the WalkingPad. It's easy to use (for the most part), the instructions are clear. But the app is not good, and the receiver for the power cord shattered within a couple weeks, to the point where it would fall back in the machine and I couldn't plug it in. I managed to replace it on my own with a $3 part from an electronics store after opening up the machine -- all of which is relatively easy to do, but if you don't have that knowledge, it could feel intimidating or impossible. I considered giving it three stars for this reason, but the WalkingPad has changed my exercise routine to the point where I would invest another $500 in a new one if I had to.
Pros:
- So easy to more than double your steps
- Fairly easy to set up right out of the box
- Wheels allow you to move it around
- Great form factor; I can easily put it away in seconds
Cons:
- Kind of loud
- Even though it's mobile, it's still kind of heavy
- Parts can be broken; hard to replace by company
- App is not useful and doesn't work well with Apple Health; have to wear Apple Watch on my ankle if I'm walking on it while my hands are on the desk
Jan S.
I bought the walking pad two weeks ago. It was very easy to set up. So far, I love using it!
Dani R.
I had my C2 for less than 2 months before the motor started jerking and the belt began making a terrible rattling sound. I’ve been in touch with support and they won’t assist me to make it right at all, they just want me to completely take the machine apart. I run the risk of further damage and am at a loss for $500. I would recommend you look elsewhere for a compact treadmill.
Karen L.
So far so good enjoying my walking pad. I can walk and watch a movie or Netflix and get my walk in even in bad weather :)
Emily N.
I don't usually leave reviews, but this purchase has been life-changing. I had recently gone on a three-week trip to Europe and found myself walking 15,000-20,000 steps each day, just to go about normal life and get from here to there. I noticed I felt so much better both physically and mentally. When I got back home, I was back down to about 4,000-10,000 steps per day. I work from home and am on calls for the majority of my work hours. My back started hurting again and I was feeling sluggish and down. I tried a standing desk, which helped, but I would still get some back pain after standing for long periods of time. That led me to start looking into under-the-desk treadmills. I wasn't sure if I would be able to focus on work while walking or if it would become yet another workout tool that doesn't get used. Boy was I wrong!! From the first day of using it, I've been completely in love with it. I usually walk for 2-3 hours each day and am back up to much higher step counts. I feel more energized and WAY more focused throughout the day. I also do a lot of beading and have figured out how to do my beading while walking which is saving my low back. My only regret is not getting it sooner!
Jocelyn W.
This treadmill will work perfect to fit under my desk so I can walk while I work from home! Tested it as soon as I got it out of the box and it's easy to set up, lightweight, and I love the folding feature to put it away when I don't need it.
Russell M.
I purchased this for wife; she loves it and uses it everyday! It's a great treadmill that can be folded easily stored away.
I certainly recommend this to anyone.
Ashley E.
I was super excited about this product but unfortunately am having issues with it. The belt caught on the machine and shredded one side - now it makes an awful sound and customer service isn't much help!
Jing K.
Charged $13.5 foreign transaction fee by my credit card. It was showing $450 US DOLLARS at checkout, and I used a US credit card. This should be notified at the checkout page!
Sharin M.
Great product! Getting 6-7k more steps than I used to. And kitty likes to nap on it when not in use.
Kelly S.
I just opened my C2 and it tool forever to get the remote to work. Finally got that to work and used it for the 1st time and it was great. Went to unplug it and the whole plug in shattered and went into the machine so its unable to use. Customer service goes straight to voicemail. Waiting for someone to contact me for a replacement.
Maria M.
I'm so happy I bought this treadmill!!! Our house is small and I use to have another treadmill that folded but it didn't fold like this treadmill and took a lot of space. I am glad I found this one!! I was worried it wasn't going to perform like my other treadmill but it works just as great! I try to use it everyday to walk an hour while i watch my favorite shows. It is just a bit heavy for me to move around but the wheels in the front help to move it around. This treadmill has everything i was looking for. Compact, not to heavy, and able to store it away.
Linda B.
I like the walking pad, the app is quirky, customer service doesn’t work from the US to China - no one can call to help trouble shoot - you guys definitely have to work that out. Received a product that didn’t work - had to take apart myself to fix it. Was given a silly excuse as to why it didn’t work. No compensation. Really need to work on customer service. Would not recommend.

My wife’s birthday present
She loves it
GAIL A.
Absolutely love my Walking Pad C2 Mini Foldable Treadmill. It has been great for the cold weather when I cannot get outside. I live in a condo and size works perfect. I would certainly recommend it.
Kathleen C.
The product was exactly as pictured. It arrived well packaged and quickly. It was a simple installation and works great. I use it under a desk to get excersize throughout the day. I mainly use the manual mode. It folds nicely --- it is a bit heavier than I realized, but the quality is great !
Thank you
Stephanie B.
It's perfect!
Melissa L.
So far I really like the Walking Pad and I have been using it regularly. There are a few things that I have found odd. Sometimes it just seems to randomly switch to automatic mode, and I prefer to use the manual mode. Not sure why it switches. The app is ok, not great by any means. The machine beeps at random times, not sure why, but it would be nice if there was a way to shut off the noises without powering off the machine. The app links to Apple health, which is good for some transmission of data. Exercise minutes transfer ok, but steps do not. The Walking Pad app has the step count, but that doesn't appear in Apple health or the apple watch settings. Would be nice to have all data link.
Erica T.
Such a game changer! The walking pad is very easy to set up, folds and fits nicely in small spaces when not in use and makes me feel so much more energized throughout the day as a result of being able to move while also working.
Pradyumna R.
I got the Walkingpad C2. Just wanted something as I work from home.
Pros: I put this under my convertible desk and it works out great. It does folds in half so does saves some space but not like completely under my desk.
Cons: As seen and read in other reviews the belt definitely doesn’t stay in place. I made sure to make it tight with the tool provided. Now it is working as expected but still when you are walking it tends to move on left or right making a rubbing sound. I guess you can only get so much in a 500$ treadmill. But I would definitely say go for it if you work from home , have limited space and budget.
Russ M.
The seller is nice and we’ve had great communication!
My wife loves it and everyday she gets her 10.000+ steps with it! Thank you
Amanda P.
So perfect for my very small space. I easily get 10-15k steps in my morning. I’m going to purchase another for my office at work
Kanoe M.
i love it! but after a week or two of using it there is a noticeable clicking/plastic sound that happens when you step near the area that folds and it makes it feel cheap or like its broken when its not and its really loud. If you walk closer to the front or the back of the pad you wont hear it but the middle part is so loud and annoying. its like a mechanical bang impact from your steps.
Anette S.
Super easy to install and start using. It is slim and takes up little space. It is heavy to fold and move around and the front wheels are not that great working on hard flooring. I use mine all day, sometimes just for standing. A couple of times it has gone into Automation mode, which doesn't appear to work, when I want it to, but rather unexpectedly when I was not aware I wanted to start walking. Only had it for a week so I am sure they will work themselves out as I get more familiar with the tool.
Stacia M.
I was happy to find a small treadmill for use in the snowy, icy Minnesota winter. I can fold it up and put it away in the summer, but also fairly easily bring it out when I want. It works as advertised and I am happy I purchased it.
However, do note that the app and the remote are not user-friendly. The app is in such broken English it's unusable. The buttons 3 of the buttons on the 5-button remote are duplicative and the start button isn't even labeled. The tread gets off course very easily (like just stepping on and off it) and fixing it is quite the chore done with an allen wrench.
It's also way heavier than the videos on the site led on. It's over 50 pounds and even with the wheels quite the workout for this middle age, semi-fit woman to move. Because the videos made it look like even a very slight woman could move it, I didn't bother looking at the weight.
The folded height is quite tall and I doubt it would fit under any couch, so please take note of all the dimensions.
Kiley M.
Exactly as described. It’s very durable, easy to use, and a great way to move during the work day.
Natalie S.
It's exactly what I was looking for! Helps me reach my fitness goals while staying productive. Folds up nicely & great quality!
Chad R.
The hardware is great and I love it and use it daily. The software is terrible and doesn't record my workouts well in Apple Fitness, which is such a big problem that I have thought about returning or selling the it and buying something else, even though I like the hardware so much. Also, please stop collecting so much data about me in the app, you don't need to know where I live in order to record my workouts and it seems like you are collecting my data for some bad purpose.
What I would like to see from the app: record my steps taken and distance walked in Apple Fitness after i finish a session, stop asking for my location. Stop crashing so often.
Brenda S.
Waiting for a return packaging label, belt shredded immediately and the plastic broke and plug fell into the pad making it unusable. Was unable to get it to open to get plug out. Poor quality
Lila P.
I'm able to easily get in 5 miles a day while working. I highly recommend for those who work at a desk daily.
Elizabeth Y.
My walking pad arrived with significant damage to the plug. But it's too big and heavy to return easily.
Shayna T.
I have a standing corner desk and work from home and absolutely love the walking pad for walking while working. I can participate in meetings and no one even knows I’m on the walking pad, it’s quiet and compact.
Aimee T.
They charged me 3 times for the same order and then denied doing so and now I have to fight with my credit card company for refunds. Also their website is horrible and the app doesn’t work.
Mary T.
It’s easy to use and fits perfectly in my apartment. Love it
Lisa S.
Easy to assemble, and I hardly ever put it away. A permanent fixture at my desk now which I usually sit at 6-8hrs each day. I'll walk 3-4 of them, easily. When I wake up I can't wait to get on and start walking. An hour goes by in a breeze. Even at moderate speed can still read and type at my computer well. Better than I expected. Only finding I need to get better shoes for treadmills to help with the impact on joints (lower back unusually sore since starting use) but can't believe how much I can accomplish while working and walking.
Lauren M.
My walking pad arrive damaged out of the box. The seams of the plastic are not aligned and theres a huge crack in the front.
Aliya B.
I was very excited when I got this but I mean I am not really happy with the quality of the product. When I received it lock to the the cover of the cord was broken. However silly the problem is, not exciting to receive the product like this. I mean I was offered to return the product but it was not worth the pain to pack it and deliver to ship it back. Now barely used for a month and the edges are ripping off. I got below reply on reaching out
Use a scissor to cut the frayed edge. The QC department staff confirms that you can use the belt with no worries.
Kindly follow the below steps to center the belt, otherwise, it may cause a fray or friction sound:
Let the device run at a LOW speed with load under M mode(i.e. one person walks on the belt, and another uses the wrench to adjust).
The belt deviates to the right(the left side has more space): plug the L-shaped wrench into the right hole and rotate clockwise by 1/3 turn.
The belt deviates to the left(the right side has more space): plug the L-shaped wrench into the left hole and rotate clockwise by 1/3 turn.
Note: Please let it run for 1-2 minutes to adapt to the adjustment. Adjust another 1/3 turn if there is no apparent change
Not sure I should recommend this to anyone.
Thomas I.
The treadmill requires immediate calibration to ensure the tread is centered properly. This should be explained as step one. I ended up immediately ripping the edge of the tread belt due to this off center problem and had no idea how to correct it until I checked the entire manual.
Sarah B.
This treadmill is so perfect if you don't want one that dominates a room. I am able to fold and tuck it under my couch. It's great for walking; the top speed is good for a very slow jog.
Kelsey F.
It’s a little difficult to roll around, but I love the fact that it folds, and that it has wheels even. This thing is such a game changer for me. I was so sedentary before and now I walk thousands of steps.
Emily B.
By the second use the remote stopped working. While I can control the walkingpad through the app still, for the price, I would expect the remote to reliably work. Outside of the remote it's been great.
Hannah D.
This was so easy to set up. I love that it folds up for easy storage under the bed. I also love that there is a sensor so my little ones (1 and 4) can’t use it and possible get hurt. Since I started using it, I’m getting anywhere from 10k-17k steps in per day, and I used to only get around 2k-5k. Highly recommend!
Colleen T.
I am very happy with this purchase. My husband and I walk in all kinds of weather, but when it’s 18 degrees out, snowing hard or raining hard -that is when I jump right on my walking pad treadmill and blast my music! Love it!
Abbey C.
Obsessed with my tread! Walk 3 miles a day now easily.
Joshua E.
I've had this for about a week. Already walked probably 12 miles on it. Perfect for under my standing desk. It's so much better to walk than to stand. And much better for me. Great product so far!
Haley B.
The walking pad itself is wonderful. It's easy to fold up and out away and is the perfect size. The app to get started in manual mode is just about the worst thing ever if you're from the US. Took forever to finally get in and after reading the reviews on the app it seems that it is common. When I'm on automatic mode without the app it starts and stops on its on so it's incredibly frustrating.
Marylou B.
Love the walkpad but don't love the KS fit app. keeps crashing.
Also wish I could regulate speed at a finer scale. 2.75 instead of 2.5 or 3.0
But the unit is very high quality and easy to use and to tuck away.
Lauren L.
I am very pleased with this! It has solved my constant problem of not getting enough movement throughout the day while working from home. I do wish there was some sort of stand/holder, so instead of having to slide it under the bed I could simply fold it up and like lock it into place vertically against the wall under my desk, that way I wouldn't have to drag it anywhere, I would just have to (in my mind) push a mechanism to lower it down and then unfold it. Now if you made something like that for storage, I would be all over it.
CYNTHIA H.
Easy to set up. Works perfectly. Love the ability to fold and maximize the use of my home office.
Susan B.
A great piece of workout equipment and a great workout. Glad I purchased it.
Lindsay J.
So far I like it! It’s exactly what you would expect, works as advertised and great quality! It’s pretty heavy though so don’t expect to haul it up stairs and be careful when it arrives for delivery!
Kathleen W.
Best purchase I’ve made in 2022 !!
Leslie A.
The best thing to happen to my work from home set up - wish I had discovered it sooner.
Jamila W.
I love it! It really comes in handy since I work from home
Charlayne G.
It does what its supposed to do. Easy to navigate. The belt seems to need to be adjusted often.
E E.
I want to love this walking pad, but I have tried and tried and tried to center the walking belt and it always shifts to the left. Now the belt is ruined. I wish I hadn't purchased it. Now I have a clunky walking pad in my room :/
Ryan T.
It's good except for one giant issue: the plastic piece under the belt has a bubble around the fold that just won't go away, so it makes a very loud clicking noise for every single step. For this reason, I will l have to actively advise against purchasing this brand.
Laureen F.
The C2 model of the Walkingpad -Looks great, works great!
Bad weather in Northeast now is no excuse not to get in the daily walk.
I choose 3.0 mph for 40 + minutes for a little over 2 miles / 5000 steps.
Female. 5’3”, 112 lbs. just fyi.
Tracy K.
I love it. Easy to setup, folds up nicely for easy storage, and it keeps me moving. Great for small rooms/spaces.
Ashley
I'd rate this higher, but the remote doesn't work (and I have replaced the battery twice - though I've only had this a few months), and the app... well - it leaves as lot to be desired (it also really needs some English proof reading).
I really wish this synced better with my Garmin. Right now I have to use it as an input to Apple Health, then THOSE steps are what populates Noom.
Sandra V.
Beautiful red like “art”
Sara A.
It seems a bit flimsy and I feel uncertain walking on it without bracing on to something.
William L.
The product is very cool and hoping to see how it improves my work/life balance. The app was terrible and unusable.
Gillian R.
Perfect for my small space, because I can fold it away between uses!
Vince H.
It’s not calibrating correctly with the app. Otherwise I’d rate better.
Nicole W.
I love my walking pad. Getting my steps in while working is wonderful.
Melissa J.
It doesn't connect to our wifi for some reason. We have tried everything.
Courtney B.
Great little treadmill. Lets me get my steps in while I work or listen to podcasts. Quiet enough that I can keep walking during phone calls or Zoom meetings. Easy to fold in half and wheel out of the way when I'm done with it - also takes up very little space when folded. Cat approved napping spot when not in use.
Be aware that this is not a $2,000 treadmill you would find at a gym. The max speed is a very brisk walk or slowish jog. It does not incline. It does not have a fancy display. However, if your goal is to get your steps in at a standing desk or do some gentle, low-impact cardio and don't have the space or the funds for a more luxury treadmill, this is a good option.
Jon M.
I've been using the walkingpad every day to reach my goal of 10k steps. It's so easy to unfold and stash under my desk. I really wish I had gotten one sooner!
Nicole O.
The treadmill works fine but after only one week of use, makes a loud popping sound whenever I step in the center where it folds. It sounds like the coating beneath the belt has come loose and now lifts/resticks with each step. With headphones in it is less noticeable but makes the treadmill not worth the money to me.
Zachary B.
Has an air bubble after less than two weeks of use, and sometimes decides that it wants to be on automatic mode instead of manual without any input. But I use it everyday despite these issues.
Lisa R.
I've been using this for almost two weeks now. Every day I get my 10,000 steps in and I'm loving not having to go outside in the frigid New England weather! It's quiet and at level 3 I get my heart rate up to where I want it. I tried using it in front of my television but with no handrails I found it was difficult to stay balanced on it! Having the desk, I can work and keep one hand on my desk to keep me balanced. I absolutely love this walking pad!
Heather E.
Recommended by a trainer and absolutely love it! It fits perfectly in my at home gym.
hannah k.
honestly obsessed, I live in an apartment with a roommate and it’s perfect
Tiffany L.
Same issue as others here. The track doesn't stay centered after using for a week or two. Even after adjusting it to the middle after walking for a few steps the track veers to the left and makes the treadmill stop performing well and of course the rubbing at the edge makes a loud horrible sound. I left a voicemail with customer support yesterday and still have heard nothing back.
Michael R.
I, like it a lot it's a great machine and the best part about it is that you don't have to put any parts together it's already assembled!
Nicole M.
Easy to Assemble right out of the box. Used every day and functions exactly as described.
Chertessa W.
I absolutely love my walking pad. I was skeptical because someone said it was loud while in use and I live on a second floor apartment, but it’s not that bad at all. I am glad I made the purchase. I had an ankle injury in May so it helps me continue my PT while at home along with getting fit
Jason S.
In Auto mode, it doesn't slow down when you step back to the middle of the WalkingPad from the front. Instead, it just turns off. App isn't well designed. Product feels cheap.
CLAIRE H.
Do not buy this product. You will spend more time adjusting than using
Kestin M.
This is an awful product due to the soft pad under the belt. The soft pad gets air bubbles at the folding point that do not go away. Not to mention, the air bubbles create a horribly loud crackling sound while walking on the pad. I wrote to support about this issue and they told me to “poke it with a needle” and “cut the bubbles with a knife.” Unfortunately, I did not realize how bad this problem was until after my return window had closed so I am now stuck with this awful product. Buyer beware.
Syed H.
Best compact treadmill for walking , folds away easily which saves lots of space, can easily store under sofa or bed, I'm regularly using it and it's just brilliant. Not too heavy and has wheels for ease of movement, overall I just loved it.
Karen J.
I love this. Even if I wasn’t space constrained I’d never go back to a full size treadmill again! I do wish I’d bought the one with handrails though.
