What if my packages are lost, damaged, or delayed?

When can I apply for a claim?

The following situations are covered:

Lost

  • Marked "Delivered" but not received
  • Package stolen
  • Not received for over 30 days

Damage

Items that are unusable, fractured, shattered, bent (if not designed to bend), or crushed.

Delay

  • U.S.: Not delivered within 10 days after fulfillment
  • International: Not delivered within 30 days

A verification email will be sent to you. Log in using the verification code.

Claim Process

What happens after submitting a claim?

Seel will process your application within 48 hours.

Supporting Documents Required

Damage Claims

To evaluate damage, please provide:

  • Photos of the carrier packaging
  • Photos showing the damaged item

Compensation may cover up to 100% of the purchase value depending on severity. Packaging damage alone is not covered.

Loss Claims

  • No proof needed if marked "lost" or no delivery after 30 days
  • If marked delivered but not received, one of the following may be required:
  • Police report
  • Security footage
  • Carrier letter
  • Official statement from property management

Delay Claims

No documents required. Decisions are based on tracking information.

Payout Options

  • PayPal: Instant, multi-currency
  • Venmo: Instant (USD only)
  • Bank Transfer: 1–3 business days (USD only)
  • Virtual Visa Card: via Tremendous
