So far, C1 is the lightest weight treadmill on WalkingPad, with a net weight of it only 22kg (48 lbs), it can be moved and stored easily.
There are mainly two reasons for treadmill lagging. First, if the user weight seriously exceeded the weight capacity of the C1 walking pad. Second, the belt is too tightened or loosened, which can be solved by adjusting the tightness of the running belt. But if you can't find which situation it is, plz don't hesitate to contact our customer service team for help.
The time when you feel stagnant when walking or the running belt twitches, you can adjust the tightness of the running belt.
And the steps are as followings:
First, please fold the device, refer to the attached photo, and check the height(red line), if the height is more than 22cm(8.7 inches), the belt is too tight, if it is less than 15cm(5.9 inches), the belt is too loose. We could adjust the belt to make it stay in suitable tension.
Second, loosen the belt: Please power off the treadmill before the adjustment. Plug the L-shaped wrench into both the left and right adjusting screws and rotate counterclockwise by 1/3 turn.
Third, tighten the belt: Please power off the treadmill before the adjustment. Plug the L-shaped wrench into both the left and right adjusting screws and rotate clockwise by 1/3 turn.
