I love the machine but the app never pairs well and the remote is a bit finicky. I wish the mode button wasn't so easily touched as it has stopped me in the middle of a walk and I'm unable to have all my info as it restarts when I get it working again.

I have only had my WalkingPad P1 for a couple of weeks but I love it. I WFH in front of a computer all day long. The P1 allows me to continue working but get some exercise at the same time. Simple to fold and store and takes seconds to set up and start walking. The app took a few times to load but once it is installed, user friendly and simple.

I’ve only had it a couple weeks so far but it’s been a good experience. Shipment came well packaged. Unpacking was a breeze. I was able to set it up within minutes and test it out. I have it under my office desk and use a desk riser to get my steps in while working. It’s amazing! Remote works well. The Walking Pad works great in general! I don’t pay much attention to the step tracker on the remote since I use a different tracker on my person. Best purchase - highly recommend!
Kat P.
I’ve walked over 10,000 steps a day EASY since I got this! Absolutely love it!
Ashley K.
I received the KingSmith version, not the walkingpad version. Its max speed is 2.7km which is way less than the 3.7mph advertised. I’m very upset and will be returning. Now I feel like I can trust this brand.
Michelle O.
I like the idea of the walking pad and know I would use it but after 15 minutes of use the belt started rubbing and the machine started to make a loud chirping sound. I adjusted the belt, but the chirping sound will not stop.
Donna V.
Have only had this and my standing desk about a week, but so far, I am loving it. It makes me feel more productive with work and not guilty for sitting around in a chair all day. It's a breeze to get in my steps everyday!
Erica H.
I love my walking pad. I can roll it out and walk while catching up on shows and then put it away so easily so there is no clutter. I work from home so I have struggled to get my steps in. No more!
Ursula S.
Helps me get in my 10,000 steps for the day. Love it!!

If I could give the P1 and the walkingpad company 10 stars, I would. I initially purchased the C2, which I had a very hard time getting the belt adjusted. It kept biasing to the right despite following the directions. I finally got it centered, but not before it shredded the belt. I worked directly with a Walkingpad customer service representative, who I would nominate for customer service representative of the year. He helped me troubleshoot the issue, but ultimately helped me get it shipped back and order the P1 since the C2 was out of stock. He was patient, professional, and promt. I am beyond in love with the P1. It came right out of the box needing minimal belt adjustment. I use it for hours every day while I'm on non-stop meetings. When I do need to sit down at my desk, it's very easy to fold and move out of the way. I'm putting about 20k steps on it everyday and it seems to be holding up just fine and the belt stays put.
This is a game changer for anyone who is chained to their desk all day and yearns for more movement. If you are on the fence like I was, just do it. It's one of my favorite purchases this year.

This is the walking pad I ordered but I received the KingSmith version which if you search for is about the same product but in Chinese. The app is in Chinese and the directions are not helpful. Every time I call customer support it says they are not open today? Even during their business hours. I have emailed them and I really hope they email back. I’m very unhappy
Jamie C.
Really like the design. Easy to store.
Annika G.
Not exactly what I expected. Pros and cons.
Cons:
1. The app in is Chinese? Some English so you can still use but it’s confusing. It’s not in miles, it’s in KM and the time are different. I need to call to see if all this can be changed.
2. SO HEAVY! Not as easy to use as I thought it was be. The girl in the picture looks like it’s effortless to pick up but ITS NOT.
3. So far not as user friendly as I’d like, especially for the price
Pros:
1. Seems like a quality product
2. I like the remote it comes with
Jami J.
My walking pad worked correctly for one day. Then it disconnected somehow from the app and has been inoperable since.
I have tried trouble shooting myself and I also tried to call for assistance but was unable to get anyone on the phone.
Susan H.
The walking belt should be about 4 inches wider and it’s over priced by $200. Other than that it’s a good concept.
Victoria M.
I was really happy with my purchase but after not even a month my walking pad is making noises it wasn’t before. I’m not going over the weight limit I’m only 120 and I only walk on it, I have not attempted to run on it. This morning as I was turning it on and started walking a loud fan like sound started and it’s very annoying. I bought this because it was the best version out there and now I’m not so sure.
Ashley K.
I love it! I live in a 1 BR apartment and there isn't very much floorspace for a traditional treadmill, but i wanted to be able to be active even when the weather isn't good (in WI that is about 9 months of the year...). It is so easy to move around and put away when I am done walking. It is super quiet. It's exactly what I was looking for.
Ted C.
Great product! The walking pad is a small compact machine that fits right under a desk. Easy to use and best part it keeps you active.
Karina S.
I absolutely love it!! I use it every single day. I’ve not felt this good in a long time. Great purchase for me.
Jennifer D.
It fits perfect under my desk. Not loud at all.
Deirdre R.
The item is heavy and hard to move around. Yes it has wheels however if I didn't have my 16 year old son to help me I would be stuck. I will be returning the item. Besides that it's a great product
Erin S.
Easy to set up. Use it constantly, helps me stay alert and happy throughout my workday!
Kathryn H.
My only suggestion is if it had a handle to move it around.
Jenny K.
Have had my walking pad for about 2 weeks and so far am loving it! Even if I'm not walking it's a good standing alternative! I have had no problem with the KS Fit app and it's definitely easier to use than the remote. But the remote works just as well once you learn it's quirks. In the app you can switch between the imperial and metric system as well which I like. So far I am a huge fan, and I hope it will last. This has been a huge help in focusing with ADHD. I currently have one of those desk risers to life up my computer but if this thing lasts will definitely look getting a height adjustable desk because it would be more stable. But overall very happy, have not had any issue with the belt that some have talked about and they send you a key to adjust if it you do have issues. Shipping was also super fast!

Great for staying active while remote working.
Emma
Love how compact it is to put away, and has been excellent to use under my standing desk during work hours
Sonya
I bought this for the office. It works perfectly. It is not loud so I can walk while on Skype meetings.
Jean
very convenient, easy to use, makes us feel better that's what we bought it for
A.M
Equipment works good, It is slim which I like, it is foldable and it fits perfectly below my desk, it is light too. sometimes it makes a lot of noise and I need to adjust the belt frequently. Cellphone App is very simple, I was expecting something more developed but it does its work.

A major game-changer for NOT buying a treadmill was that the walking pad folds up and quickly stores away in minimal space! It arrived before the stated delivery date safely packed in foam and two boxes. Being five feet tall, it was a little tough getting it in the house, but I "walked it in" and waited for a friend to help me unpack it. Took a little bit of technical (cell phone/app) ingenuity, but easy it was easy to prep before using for the first time. Download the app, create an account, sync the hand-held to the walk pad and you can use either to turn it on. It came with a small bottle of lubricant for every other month use under the tread pad itself, but other than that, there's very little maintenance. With the cold weather, this is perfect for getting my daily walks in while staying warm and still working up a sweat.
Lindsey Sakahara
I use this walking pad daily! I transitioned to working remotely and it was hard to hit a step goal and get moving but using this with my standing desk has allowed me to walk more than I did before I was remote and I love that it’s foldable and has wheels to easily move from my office to living room to just walk while watching TV.
Mrmac
Easy to set up and use. As long as you read instructions it will be work out smooth!!!! We did have to adjust the belt position slightly and it was extremely easy and well explained. I’m very happy with this purchase!! This is actually a exercise gadget I will actually use daily!!!
Nancy B.
It is easy to set up. I have fallen several times before I got the walking pad, but I feel safe walking on it. Use it every day.
Christa
I really like this walking pad. It's extremely easy to use, quiet, rolls well, and is easy to calibrate. I did get an adhesive pocket and attached to the front top (for the directions and remote). Have had no issues. I am using the app and it did take 2 minutes for me to figure out how to add my machine. But my larger and bulkier treatmill took hours to put together, so a fair trade. I plan to take with me for air travel, so I've kept the box and packing. As such I have a luggage strap thing that will go around that, and (although not suggested) I use the strap to pull the folded treadmill in and out as needed. Would suggest!

This is a great little treadmill, I’ve had it for three months now without any issues. It’s stable, durable, it makes minimal sound and is the perfect size for my small apartment. I was surprised by how heavy it is but I was able to carry the box up two flights of stairs by myself and the wheels on the treadmill make it easy to move around the room. I downloaded the app and use that in place of the remote control. I’m very happy with this purchase.
Kevin W
Have been using for a few months every weekday. No problems at all, works great, folds away compact when I'm done walking for the day.
The manual switch to turn off power, and remote control are great so the kids can't turn it on and hurt themselves.
A.Cust
I don't usually write many reviews but feel strongly enough about this treadmill to leave a review. I've had it for about a month now and walk 5-6 miles on it a day on weekdays. I absolutely love it! It easily slides in and out from under my desk and folds up very easily. I will say that sometimes the treadmill starts quickly after starting it with no warning (not sure why... cannot seem to figure it out, probably user error) and the app isn't like the MOST amazing app I've ever used, but for what I need this for (easy walking while I'm working with my standing desk) this treadmill does the job and for a good price. Can highly recommend if you're looking for a simple, more affordable solution to have a treadmill desk at home.
Kevin
I love the portability and space savings this can provide. If you need somewhere to be active but don’t have much space this is a great accessory. I’ve used it daily for a couple months with no issues. I did buy the protection. Plan because it’s an investment and I’ve not heard of the brand.
The software in the app is finicky and not that great. It doesn’t correctly sync steps or workout details correctly to apple health sometimes to I’ve kept to keeping my phone in my pocket to count steps or using Apple Watch to do an indoor workout. The remote works fine.
It’s easy to adjust if the belt gets off, and has a couple times. Unclear if that has anything to do with quality but it’s only a minor thing.
If it can last 3+ years it’s an incredible investment. So far it’s very practical for those with a small space.
Troy Rasmussen
The tread would slide to the right took a few months to get it to stay put but because you fold it, all that goes out the door each time you fold it. Bought it because it fits in the tight space I have, but broke after 4 months tread won't move with any weight on it.

I love my new treadmill! I work from home and walk on it 1-2 hours per day while I work, and it’s like getting an extra workout in without thinking or planning. It feet’s nicely under my desk. I do have a standing desk, and I think that helps make it easier to have my computer screen at the right height. I’ve asked my colleagues if they can hear the noise during meetings, and they’ve all said no. It’s improved my quality of life so much!
Elizabeth King
I've only had my walking pad for a week, and it is already worth the money. Very easy to use, especially via the App. It folds up easily and stores nicely behind my wine fridge. I use it with a standing desk, so I can work and walk simultaneously. It is very heavy though, which was unexpected.
XxCrystalline
I bought this because the ones that were $100 cheaper just didn't seem right to me and I'm very glad I did. Works perfectly fine - easy to lubricate the belt - and the app they tell you to install actually works. I don't move it too far from the spot it's in to use so it's not too bad but it does have some weight to it! Gotta check the belt before laying it flat to keep it on track since it folds but that's regular maintenance I'm fine with doing. The app will track your time and distance if you don't have a smart watch or other fitness trackers. I am 5'7 and I've never felt like I was about to fall off in full stride. I have it under my standing desk but if you have it free standing you may want to purchase a handle bar to put over top - I couldn't get used to not having my hands on something but it's easy to just step off of if you feel off balance as well. Definitely recommend!
kAnwEic
A bit larger than we had expected, but folding makes it easy to stock. Pretty good value and well fits our need for some light in-door walking/running exercise.
CN
I have low expectation of this product and I was nicely surprised by the built quality and ease of use. Highly recommend it.
Q
Works out well as described.

I originally purchased a Treadly, but am so happy I decided to seek out other options. I use this tread under my standing desk and I love that I can fold it up under the desk when not in use, versus having to lean against a wall which worried me with clumsy dogs. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to be more active during their workday

This walking pad fits under my desk with no problem. Nice

I revived my WalkingPad 12 days ago. It is a little heavy but I got it upstairs and set up. It works! It was easy to set up and use. And, I didn’t receive a user manual. I found the app from the App Store and downloaded. I can use the remote or app to control my WalkingPad. I will say that the app could use updates to be more intuitive.
kms
It's very sleek, usage is simple, app is intuitive, remote control works well and is intuitive as well. The app also displays numbers of steps, calories burned, and streaks, in case you don't want to wear a fitness watch.
I've just set it up a couple hours ago and got 15k steps in effortlessly while watching TV. The noise is the same as other tread mills, but I wear headphones so I don't hear anything anyway- but if you don't, that might be something to consider.
The auto-mode doesn't work for me, just like another review mentioned, however I much prefer manual mode on the app or remote anyways, so that doesn't bother me really, though I still think it *should* work.
Overall I am very pleased with this walking pad. It fits perfectly under my couch. Would buy again
HC
I got this to use at my standing desk and it is perfect for that use. It goes at a comfortable speed for what I can work at, and folds up nice to put under the desk
C.U
ABSOLUTELY PERFECT !!! SMALL BUT STURDY. ONLY USED 2 TIMES BUT SO FAR SUPER EASY TO USE AND APP REALLY GREAT TOO!!
Tonya Drifka
I love that it doesn't take up too much room when I store it! This changes the game! I have 2 treadmills that are now in my basement because they were just too big and bulky. This walking pad is perfect and easy to unfold and use every day!
Hi Mom
Easy to use. Very quiet. Compact! I am able to walk at the office without disturbing my coworkers. I like that is also immediately stops on its own if it detects that you are not on it (safety).
xAng
This treadmill is exactly what I wanted. It is easier to adjust with two people, one walking at a slower pace while someone adjusts it.
PS
So convenient. Mosquitoes love me so this is perfect for me to stay indoors. Pretty quiet. You barely notice the noise. It is very heavy when you try to bring it in the house. Get a friend to help you if you can. Once you get it out of the box, the wheels do make it easier. But it's still pretty heavy.
Kershen
Nice product. Fits under my work table — great home office add-on.
AC
Treadmill is very small when folded, good quality and works well. Gets pretty fast but I wouldn't say a running pace. I had a hard time connecting it to the app at first but ended up getting it all set up. Next step lube the belt and adjust the alignment. So far so good, recommend.
Ladd
Remote control cheap. Should have been better quality for the price.
The remote control almost immediately broke. The off/on button stuck and the display went crazy. Then died altogether. I was able to download the app to make the machine run. Not at all happy that I cannot change settings to miles instead of kilometers. I like that it folds and it’s easy to use with app.
Joann V
Recently purchased this walking pad to use while I work from home. I was pleasantly surprised by how easy the set up was, how compact it is when folded, and the sleek design. I’ve only tried it a few times so far but thus far has worked well. I especially like that you can sync the app with your phone for easier tracking.

Runs Well
Remote is nice and high quality
Like that, I can pair my phone for statistics or remote use.
I like that the remote isn't needed as I can just step on and use and it auto starts and stops.
Maruf
This walking pad is an excellent addition to our house - this folds away nicely under my bed. I do not have to worry about bad weather (hot or cold) - I can reach my step goal from home. The remote works fine for average pace walking. You do need to install the app to "unlock" top speed. I like that as a safety measure, as 6 KMPH can be fast. If you choose to use full speed, I recommend using it next to somewhere when you can hold it in case of an emergency. Overall, highly recommended!
@lambchopfever
Love my walking pad and it folds up nicely! It's a bit heavy but it does have wheels. It stops working if you step off and you lose your tracking. I like that I can slightly jog and I recommend using the manual version and not automatic. When you plug it in, and use manual, you have to click the middle button to start it. Also, I recommend using a bar stool or something to hold on in case you lose your balance. The fastest speed is 3.75 mph.

I love the fact that the treadmill came inside two boxes to protect it from damage during storage and shipping.
Initially the Auto mode was not working. When I switch to Auto mode, the remote would say WAIT but the treadmill won’t run. I called support to troubleshoot and we tried some very basic troubleshooting like pressing the buttons or power the device on/off but none of it helped. The support staff told me she’s escalating my case to a different team and I should expect an email from them.
Two days later my very first call to support, I’m still waiting to hear back regarding my case but the good thing is that Auto mode just mysteriously worked on it’s on.
Other than my issues with the Auto mode, I love the product. The design looks great, it’s easy to use, small footprint and relatively easy to move around
Jon
Having a bit of an issue with the “automatic” feature, but overall have been very happy with the purchase. Instead of sitting all day I can keep moving. I have ADHD and have noticed a huge improvement in focus and clarity walking while working - not totally sure the science behind it but definitely recommend trying it!
Plus it’s crazy small so you can put it in almost any space!
Michelle
I was able to place next to my bed. Great for small apartments. Easy to set up and use. The app was a bit wonky at first, but after I did the novice review which connected with the remote, it was fine. Great way to get in exercise while watching tv.
JMR
This treadmill is amazing for small spaces! So excited we have this in our new home!
Almira Sale
The perfect way to get my steps in while working! Love it so far...hope it holds up through this journey.
Ama
I love this walking pad. I was hesitant at first because i thought it would be noisy and too small. It turned out to be the perfect size and minimal noise. It works perfect under my standing desk.
Seong Joo Kim
This walking pad so quietly.
A
I needed to get active and yet I have very little space. This treadmill was foldable and easily slides under the couch or bed. The fact that I also have a choice betweenusing a remote or my phone is a great plus in my book.
Aldrich
The treadmill is heavier than i expected, but overall it's a very good product. Specially for small spaces. Fully expanded its about double the width of my standing desk. Which is normal. Once i'm done using it i just fold it up and its about the same width as my standing desk. I don't bother putting it away since its not a bother. I just keep it folded up.
The walking pad itself is very good. With covid, i haven't been going out as much and i take about 30 minute walks on this thing. It's nice when its too cold/too hot or when it's raining. I haven't had any trouble and everything is working as expected.
The remote is pretty cool too. You can control everything with the remote. However, you do need to have a small stand/small table nearby to place it on when you're walking. Otherwise you'll be holding it the entire time.
Overall, for the price and space savings, i can't complain. I'd buy it again since a normal treadmill would cost 2X or 3X more and take up at least 3X the space. (I don't run though so this is perfect for me)
Lewis Edward
After receiving the walking machine for a few days,I feel good with it.there are two modes to choose from, and the design is very user-friendly.
Mary B
I've bought a bike,a treadmill,a jogger,a dance mat,and finally I got this. The machine is particularly good. Now I keep more than 20000 steps a day.Convenient to store. Very satisfied.
Noah Kidman
The sound is not very large, the installation is convenient and practical, suitable for the whole family
Joshua
suitable for people who are lazy
Jessie R.
the best way to do exercise at home
Lesile CH
Easy to use, trying to lose 20 pounds.
Karen Mathews
Nice, the walking machine can actually go very fast, basically it can be trotting, and it is very effective for exercise.
Lucy Evans
Complete the setup by following the instructions for just 5 minutes! I'm getting used to it. It will not affect neighbors.
