My walking pad arrive damaged out of the box. The seams of the plastic are not aligned and theres a huge crack in the front.

I was very excited when I got this but I mean I am not really happy with the quality of the product. When I received it lock to the the cover of the cord was broken. However silly the problem is, not exciting to receive the product like this. I mean I was offered to return the product but it was not worth the pain to pack it and deliver to ship it back. Now barely used for a month and the edges are ripping off. I got below reply on reaching out
Use a scissor to cut the frayed edge. The QC department staff confirms that you can use the belt with no worries.
Kindly follow the below steps to center the belt, otherwise, it may cause a fray or friction sound:
Let the device run at a LOW speed with load under M mode(i.e. one person walks on the belt, and another uses the wrench to adjust).
The belt deviates to the right(the left side has more space): plug the L-shaped wrench into the right hole and rotate clockwise by 1/3 turn.
The belt deviates to the left(the right side has more space): plug the L-shaped wrench into the left hole and rotate clockwise by 1/3 turn.
Note: Please let it run for 1-2 minutes to adapt to the adjustment. Adjust another 1/3 turn if there is no apparent change
Not sure I should recommend this to anyone.

The treadmill requires immediate calibration to ensure the tread is centered properly. This should be explained as step one. I ended up immediately ripping the edge of the tread belt due to this off center problem and had no idea how to correct it until I checked the entire manual.

This treadmill is so perfect if you don't want one that dominates a room. I am able to fold and tuck it under my couch. It's great for walking; the top speed is good for a very slow jog.
Kelsey F.
It’s a little difficult to roll around, but I love the fact that it folds, and that it has wheels even. This thing is such a game changer for me. I was so sedentary before and now I walk thousands of steps.
Emily B.
By the second use the remote stopped working. While I can control the walkingpad through the app still, for the price, I would expect the remote to reliably work. Outside of the remote it's been great.
Hannah D.
This was so easy to set up. I love that it folds up for easy storage under the bed. I also love that there is a sensor so my little ones (1 and 4) can’t use it and possible get hurt. Since I started using it, I’m getting anywhere from 10k-17k steps in per day, and I used to only get around 2k-5k. Highly recommend!
Colleen T.
I am very happy with this purchase. My husband and I walk in all kinds of weather, but when it’s 18 degrees out, snowing hard or raining hard -that is when I jump right on my walking pad treadmill and blast my music! Love it!
Abbey C.
Obsessed with my tread! Walk 3 miles a day now easily.
Joshua E.
I've had this for about a week. Already walked probably 12 miles on it. Perfect for under my standing desk. It's so much better to walk than to stand. And much better for me. Great product so far!
Haley B.
The walking pad itself is wonderful. It's easy to fold up and out away and is the perfect size. The app to get started in manual mode is just about the worst thing ever if you're from the US. Took forever to finally get in and after reading the reviews on the app it seems that it is common. When I'm on automatic mode without the app it starts and stops on its on so it's incredibly frustrating.
Marylou B.
Love the walkpad but don't love the KS fit app. keeps crashing.
Also wish I could regulate speed at a finer scale. 2.75 instead of 2.5 or 3.0
But the unit is very high quality and easy to use and to tuck away.
Lauren L.
I am very pleased with this! It has solved my constant problem of not getting enough movement throughout the day while working from home. I do wish there was some sort of stand/holder, so instead of having to slide it under the bed I could simply fold it up and like lock it into place vertically against the wall under my desk, that way I wouldn't have to drag it anywhere, I would just have to (in my mind) push a mechanism to lower it down and then unfold it. Now if you made something like that for storage, I would be all over it.
CYNTHIA H.
Easy to set up. Works perfectly. Love the ability to fold and maximize the use of my home office.
Susan B.
A great piece of workout equipment and a great workout. Glad I purchased it.
Lindsay J.
So far I like it! It’s exactly what you would expect, works as advertised and great quality! It’s pretty heavy though so don’t expect to haul it up stairs and be careful when it arrives for delivery!
Kathleen W.
Best purchase I’ve made in 2022 !!
Leslie A.
The best thing to happen to my work from home set up - wish I had discovered it sooner.
Jamila W.
I love it! It really comes in handy since I work from home
Charlayne G.
It does what its supposed to do. Easy to navigate. The belt seems to need to be adjusted often.
E E.
I want to love this walking pad, but I have tried and tried and tried to center the walking belt and it always shifts to the left. Now the belt is ruined. I wish I hadn't purchased it. Now I have a clunky walking pad in my room :/
Ryan T.
It's good except for one giant issue: the plastic piece under the belt has a bubble around the fold that just won't go away, so it makes a very loud clicking noise for every single step. For this reason, I will l have to actively advise against purchasing this brand.
Laureen F.
The C2 model of the Walkingpad -Looks great, works great!
Bad weather in Northeast now is no excuse not to get in the daily walk.
I choose 3.0 mph for 40 + minutes for a little over 2 miles / 5000 steps.
Female. 5’3”, 112 lbs. just fyi.
Tracy K.
I love it. Easy to setup, folds up nicely for easy storage, and it keeps me moving. Great for small rooms/spaces.
Ashley
I'd rate this higher, but the remote doesn't work (and I have replaced the battery twice - though I've only had this a few months), and the app... well - it leaves as lot to be desired (it also really needs some English proof reading).
I really wish this synced better with my Garmin. Right now I have to use it as an input to Apple Health, then THOSE steps are what populates Noom.
Sandra V.
Beautiful red like “art”
Sara A.
It seems a bit flimsy and I feel uncertain walking on it without bracing on to something.
William L.
The product is very cool and hoping to see how it improves my work/life balance. The app was terrible and unusable.
Gillian R.
Perfect for my small space, because I can fold it away between uses!
Vince H.
It’s not calibrating correctly with the app. Otherwise I’d rate better.
Nicole W.
I love my walking pad. Getting my steps in while working is wonderful.
Melissa J.
It doesn't connect to our wifi for some reason. We have tried everything.
Courtney B.
Great little treadmill. Lets me get my steps in while I work or listen to podcasts. Quiet enough that I can keep walking during phone calls or Zoom meetings. Easy to fold in half and wheel out of the way when I'm done with it - also takes up very little space when folded. Cat approved napping spot when not in use.
Be aware that this is not a $2,000 treadmill you would find at a gym. The max speed is a very brisk walk or slowish jog. It does not incline. It does not have a fancy display. However, if your goal is to get your steps in at a standing desk or do some gentle, low-impact cardio and don't have the space or the funds for a more luxury treadmill, this is a good option.
Jon M.
I've been using the walkingpad every day to reach my goal of 10k steps. It's so easy to unfold and stash under my desk. I really wish I had gotten one sooner!
Nicole O.
The treadmill works fine but after only one week of use, makes a loud popping sound whenever I step in the center where it folds. It sounds like the coating beneath the belt has come loose and now lifts/resticks with each step. With headphones in it is less noticeable but makes the treadmill not worth the money to me.
Zachary B.
Has an air bubble after less than two weeks of use, and sometimes decides that it wants to be on automatic mode instead of manual without any input. But I use it everyday despite these issues.
Lisa R.
I've been using this for almost two weeks now. Every day I get my 10,000 steps in and I'm loving not having to go outside in the frigid New England weather! It's quiet and at level 3 I get my heart rate up to where I want it. I tried using it in front of my television but with no handrails I found it was difficult to stay balanced on it! Having the desk, I can work and keep one hand on my desk to keep me balanced. I absolutely love this walking pad!
Heather E.
Recommended by a trainer and absolutely love it! It fits perfectly in my at home gym.
hannah k.
honestly obsessed, I live in an apartment with a roommate and it’s perfect
Tiffany L.
Same issue as others here. The track doesn't stay centered after using for a week or two. Even after adjusting it to the middle after walking for a few steps the track veers to the left and makes the treadmill stop performing well and of course the rubbing at the edge makes a loud horrible sound. I left a voicemail with customer support yesterday and still have heard nothing back.
Michael R.
I, like it a lot it's a great machine and the best part about it is that you don't have to put any parts together it's already assembled!
Nicole M.
Easy to Assemble right out of the box. Used every day and functions exactly as described.
Chertessa W.
I absolutely love my walking pad. I was skeptical because someone said it was loud while in use and I live on a second floor apartment, but it’s not that bad at all. I am glad I made the purchase. I had an ankle injury in May so it helps me continue my PT while at home along with getting fit
Jason S.
In Auto mode, it doesn't slow down when you step back to the middle of the WalkingPad from the front. Instead, it just turns off. App isn't well designed. Product feels cheap.
CLAIRE H.
Do not buy this product. You will spend more time adjusting than using
Kestin M.
This is an awful product due to the soft pad under the belt. The soft pad gets air bubbles at the folding point that do not go away. Not to mention, the air bubbles create a horribly loud crackling sound while walking on the pad. I wrote to support about this issue and they told me to “poke it with a needle” and “cut the bubbles with a knife.” Unfortunately, I did not realize how bad this problem was until after my return window had closed so I am now stuck with this awful product. Buyer beware.
Syed H.
Best compact treadmill for walking , folds away easily which saves lots of space, can easily store under sofa or bed, I'm regularly using it and it's just brilliant. Not too heavy and has wheels for ease of movement, overall I just loved it.
Karen J.
I love this. Even if I wasn’t space constrained I’d never go back to a full size treadmill again! I do wish I’d bought the one with handrails though.
C Y.
I got and set-up my walking pad a couple days ago only, but I'm super happy with it. Purchasing and shipping took awhile because it was sold out, but the company was very communicative and pleasant to work with. While it works well now, I am hesitant about how long it will last in the long run, because part of the plastic parts feel slightly flimsy? Fingers crossed that it lasts a few years. I haven't had issues with the belt yet, as some people have reported.
Caitlin F.
Love love love this little walking pad. It has been a lifesaver for my sanity since starting to work remotely. I have a hard time sitting still, so having a (standing) “desk job” and being able to walk miles and miles a day while I am working allows me to be healthy, focus, and do my best at work!
Miguel C.
I like it! Happy
Valerie H.
Walking pad arrived earlier than expected and undamaged. User manual and app download easy to understand. Began walking on pad within 20 mins. I’ve been walking 5-8 miles daily and have not encountered any problems with the pad. A great investment! Thank you!
Mersadez H.
I love how easy it was to get set up. I stored it under my bed and it fit perfectly definitely a 10/10
Ana R.
I got the walking pad as my birthday present to move more. I am so happy I have it. I have been meeting my daily steps goal since I got it. It is quite, easy to use, and easy to fold. I have recommended it to various friends who have seen it already. It is a must if you work from home or at office all day.
Erin R.
Love the Walking Pad so far! Set it up a week ago so can’t speak to its longevity. SETTING UP and BELT: Easy to set up and adjust the belt. It’s 98% ready to use out of the box. Instructions were easy to follow. I saw reviews saying they couldn’t get the belt to align and stay center. The belt’s so easy to adjust I have to suspect user error in some of these cases. It’s literally so easy to align the belt that I really wouldn’t care even if it did need to be realigned center after each use or fold. Which has NOT been my experience - haven’t had to adjust belt alignment since the initial treadmill set-up and calibration process post unboxing. Which was a very easy process and got the belt centered quickly.
LOOKS: Reasonably slimline, attractive design - not quite minimalist but sleek enough and best of all, it folds! Nearly in half! And rolls! PLACEMENT: I have it set directly on my hardwood floor and now that I’ve tried it don’t intend to buy a mat for it - no need. It’s quiet enough and not in any way damaging my floors (so far anyway but I can’t see how it might even over time).
NOISE: Not sure it’s reasonable to expect a motorized treadmill to run as silently as some reviewers were expecting - relative to regular treadmills the Walking Pad’s way quieter. Not silent, but walking at 3.5mph I can clearly hear dialogue from my laptop without raising the volume past the level I usually keep it (midway up on a Mac Air). I find the Walking Pad quiet enough to use anytime of the day or night, even with my fiancée’s asleep in the room adjacent; but not quiet enough that I’m comfortable making work calls while using it. But I’ve talked to friends and family while walking with no issue being heard clearly and vice versa.
2 ISSUES: (1) I set both the treadmill and the app to the same units of measure (Imperial) but when I adjust speed on the app the treadmills display doesn’t accurately reflect that speed (and vice versa) - speed readout on the app and display aren’t syncing up… the treadmill display doesn’t leap to the new speed I set in the app, it only increases by the number of “clicks” it took to set that speed in the app. So if I start at 1.0 on the treadmill using it’s remote, but then use the app to increase speed the treadmills display reflects the increase/decrease in speed but not accurately. If I set 3.5 in the app the display may still read 2 or 2.5 I guess depending how where each were set starting out. BUT the treadmill does always change to the correct speed I set whether using the app or remote, even when it’s display isn’t showing the accurate number. I.e., it still works right so the glitch doesn’t really impact function. TBH I haven’t tried to troubleshoot this at all yet and suspect there’s an easy fix - but if there’s not, it doesn’t really matter since it doesn’t effect using the machine. (2) I much prefer Manual over the Automatic mode. I’m very uncoordinated (like ridiculously) so take this with a grain of salt since it could be the problem is actually me and I just need to get accustomed to how Automatic mode works. But in case it’s not me, then what I would like more controlled, gradual increases/decreases in speed from stepping forward and backward along the belt. For me stepping forward pretty much l makes the belt accelerate to max and stepping backwards to the rear decelerates till it stops. It’d be better if I could accelerate just a little and stay at non-max speed, and likewise for deceleration.
OVERALL: The Walking Pad’s pretty great so far! Avoiding cluttering the house further with a large stationary object was top priority, so the Walking Pad’s ability to fold, roll and tuck away made it my best choice at this price tier. I like the white casing too, it’s a pretty pearl white. There was only 1 similarly priced contender I weighed buying instead due to its great reviews, incline, and jogging speeds, but the brand was less known, it didn’t fold, belt was maybe too small and the casing was really very ugly. I’m glad I chose the Walking Pad, I doubt I would’ve been happy with anything else.
Shelley B.
I cannot get the device to be "found" via Blue tooth from the app. I have uninstalled/reinstalled the app; turned the Walking Pad off then on, and cannot get your app to 'FIND' the machine. Can you help?
I like the machine, but the technology for tracking is not functional
Cori S.
The belt will not stay centered and I have to jump through hoops trying to return it. I am expected to send a video of me trying to fix the problem before they will send a return label. I liked the size and functionality but am regretting this purchase due to the return policy.
Nichole W.
Just received the C2 and what they don’t tell you is that when you adjust the belt it’s tightening the back portion of the belt and when it does this you have a REALLY hard time unfolding it. I’m not very big (5’4” and 135lbs) and I can’t unfold it without someone holding down the front. Further, it makes an awful noise. It’s not quiet at all. The rep said he’ll have a technician contact me within 24 hours to see if it’s defective. It’s defective if it’s not doing what is advertised. You say it’s quiet, not so. You say it’s an easy fold and unfold, not so.
Janine B.
I am LOVING my walk pad. I use it under my desk while I work and have been getting about 8 miles per workday—feels so much better than sitting (and it’s much easier to type than my initial concerns led me to believe)
Jacqueline D.
I work at home so it’s very difficult to hit my 10k steps a day. Since I’ve received my walking pad it’s been easier to meet my goal because it’s so easy to unfold. I keep it under my stand up desk so it’s the perfect set up.
Simone F.
Love the equipment. It folds to be so small. Perfect for small apartments
Natasha Y.
The belt won’t stay centered. Because of that it has become damaged. I also installed the app and started using the treadmill in hopes that adjusting the speed would help without success. If I cannot use the treadmill I would like to return it.
Megan B.
This is the greatest addition to my WFH set up! I have used it everyday and can say it has been one of the best purchases I have made for my overall health and wellbeing. Highly recommend for those who would like to be more active and have limited schedules.
Jennifer G.
This is perfect for home use under my standing desk. It's streamlined, lighter weight, and I like the white color to match the white on the desk. The app is working well overall, but it sometimes has an sync error. Overall, I highly recommend the Walking Pad C2!
Kelsey G.
This is perfect for our small condo. It's easy to use and stores nicely under our vintage wall unit. The high speed of 6 mph is fast enough for a brisk walk and conducive to interval training. This machine has saved me on days when it's cold and/or rainy.
Bekah F.
Absolutely love my WalkingPad! I work from home so I put it under my stand up desk to walk while I work. Great way to get 4+ miles a day in while working!
Eryn S.
I've been using it daily for a week and I LOVE it. It slides under my very narrow, old desk, which was hard to accommodate.
DO PAY ATTENTION when you start it up: you have to calibrate the belt so it doesn't pull left or right (easily adjusts with included allen wrench). If you fail to do this, you will ruin your treadmill belt.
Kim C.
I love having a walking treadmill in my office, this one does the job and it's easy to move around when I want to. I was surprised how easy it was to set up. I've used the app and the remote to operate the treadmill and both have worked fine for me.
A couple reasons I give this 4 and not 5 stars: I only use the manual setting, the automatic one I end up going way too fast, that may just be a personal issue though. It is a little louder than I'd prefer but it IS a treadmill, it's not going to be whisper-quiet. If I don't unplug the machine after I'm done using it, it'll randomly start beeping every few minutes in a standby mode and I cannot figure out how to turn that off.
Greg S.
Love my WalkingPad! it's quiet, easy to stow away, and I've put 100s of miles on it already.
Jessica T.
I really enjoy using this walking pad. I love that it is easy to move & does not take up a lot of space. The only downside for me would be the adjustment to not having a handle but it helps me to hold weights in my hands while I’m using it.
Cassandra K.
I really like that this is a space saving treadmill. great!
Jian H.
This is the treadmill on the market that meets the check-in luggage size requirement of airline (length+width+height<62 incs). The passengers can carry them anywhere they travel. The machines works fine for my weight (~200 lb) so far.
