Love it - I bought it so I didn't have to sit all day at work and now I spend my first 3 hours of my day walking and its built a healthy routine. The product is well built, feels sturdy, and works like I want it too. No complaints!

I've been using this WalkingPad for about 3 weeks now (I put in about 19km per day of walking on this), and overall I like it. It's a little noisier than my last treadmill - that is, it always has a "hiss" of the tread going around, and sometimes has other various noises that I haven't realized the source of, but I presume perhaps it wasn't perfectly balanced across the tiles on the floor.
I like the size of it and love the folding feature. When I'm done walking for the day, it folds up nicely under my standing desk.
The downsides of this treadmill are few:
1) Automatic mode is way too fast
2) When adjusting the speed with the remote in Manual mode, if I press the buttons too quickly, the treadmill just STOPS. WEIRD.
3) The app is nice but definitely needs some improvements. The adjusting of speed in manual mode using the bluetooth app is a miserable experience, and you can't change the preset speeds.

LOVE my walking pad SOOO much! It is really pleasant and calming to get to walk while you work. It makes me feel centered and present. I've had it for a week and have used it everyday. It is pretty quiet (my partner works from home and he can't hear it in the next room of our NYC apartment). Super easy set up and it's very portable. LOVE IT!

I really like my walking pad and use it most days to get my steps in. My only complaint is that I wish you could increase the speed in .1 increments — currently you can only adjust in .5 increments, which can be a pretty big jump in speed when you’re walking. Seems like this could be an easy fix with a firmware update!

The item is too heavy for me to comfortably move around. I think it weighs 55 pounds. And it doesn't fit under most of my furniture. It feels awkward and clunky for me to move around. I returned it.

Overall we really like the walking pad and use it frequently. We returned a similar competitors product because it was too heavy to maneuver. The walking pad is easy to use and store. I would really love to be able to adjust the speed in more precise increments (ex: 3.1, 3.2, 3.3 mph, etc vs only being able to jump from 3.0 to 3.5 mph). My only complaint about it is that there are some air bubbles in the track that can be noisy when you step on them.

The product seemed nice but was way bigger then their pictures showed and unfortunately it would not fit in the space i had. I was disappointed that they say they are charging me 80.00 to send it back. I have only had it a week. I am returning it because it’s too big or I would have kept it so it was very disheartening that they would charge me. They charge a good amount for the walking pad so the least they could have done was allowed me to return it for free. I will not buy one from them again when I have the space. These companies need to stop sticking it to us consumers.

I haven't used the app, but the manual mode works fine, it's very, and the belt is wide enough to comfortably stride. The red is sporty and cute.
The big downside for me is that it is so much heavier and awkward to move than I expected. Yes, it has wheels on one end, but something about the height when it's folded, combined with the weight, strains my back each time I move it (there's no handle or anything, so you have to sort of bend over while wheeling while supporting its weight, since it only has 2 wheels) So I fantasized it was something I could easily put away and take out each time I use it, and would be super convenient and non-obstrusive. But in reality it's too heavy for me to really do that. I live alone and even had a hard time getting it inside the house after delivery and out of its box by myself because of its weight (I'm in my early 50s).
Also, if you easily get motion sick, it can take some adapting to, especially if you glance down to see the displayed numbers, and when you get off. But that's getting better for me with use.

I love my walking pad! To be able to fold it up and store it under my desk is so convenient. I have a pretty demanding job which I work remotely, so I was finding hard to leave my desk just to move around. With the walking pad I can use it during meetings or for a few minutes here and there. So happy I purchased.

I like the walking pad, the app is easy to navigate, but glitches a lot, losing your data and any progress toward a challenge. My pad has a strange diagonal piece on the belt that looks like it's been repaired, the front has quite a few scratches in the plastic, both things make me wonder if I didn't get a reconditioned machine. It's great for a stroll while watching television or working on the laptop (with a standing desk) but you have to be careful with your balance. I'd recommend it, but like I said there are a few cosmetic things that shouldn't be on a $550 piece of equipment that is brand new.

Truth be told, I was hesitant to order this off the internet and wasn't sure if it would arrive in good condition etc. But after 2 days of it I can' t tell you how much I love it! I super recommend it for anyone who is considering it - just do it - and who cares what color it is. lol

I walked on this for 10 minutes before realizing that the entire side of the belt had shredded off. Unfortunately, the quick guide doesn't tell you that you MUST ensure that the belt is centered. If you don't center it, the belt will rub against the edge and the material it is made of will shred. I cut the shred edges off, but I can see that some of the threads (the belt is some sort of woven material) are still caught in the machine. When I reached out to the company they basically said it was my fault and there is nothing they can do. I am VERY disappointed, since I bought this brand thinking I was getting a good quality product with actual customer service, versus a cheap version off Amazon. The pad still works, but based on the quality I have seen so far, I am guessing it won't last long. Really unfortunate, and I will not be buying again.
