If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves and then gave it to you at a later time, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and the giver who purchased the product will know about your return.

In that case, the customer can ship the product to our maintenance center with the shipping charge paid by the customer, and we will fix and return the product to the customer free of charge
